Initial Situation: Demanding and Clearly Defined

The requirements were clear—and at the same time technically challenging:

• Multiple units, each with a capacity of 1,000 liters
• Different operating media
• Fully stainless steel construction for maximum corrosion resistance
• Strict internal customer specifications for components and assemblies
• Maximum oil filling time: 40 seconds
• Cycle time: 108 seconds
• Oil temperature maintained at a minimum of 20 °C

Our Solution: Sophisticated Technology Meets Modern Sensor Technology

To reliably meet these requirements, the system was designed with a focus on automation and process stability. Among other things, the following were used:

• State-of-the-art sensors for monitoring fill level, temperature, and filter condition
• High-performance screw-in heating elements (2,000 W each), which ensure that the oil reaches the optimal temperature at all times
• Intelligent control for a smooth, automated process

The system is complemented by high-quality components—including those from Bosch Rexroth—which ensure additional reliability.
