As part of the implementation of our compliance strategy to ensure that our company acts ethically and in accordance with the law and legal requirements, we have set up a web-based internal whistleblower system as a key element. All employees of our company as well as our business partners (suppliers and customers, etc.) have the opportunity to report violations of laws, the Code of Conduct and guidelines - also completely anonymously. We have linked this internal whistleblower system to the data protection department. Our Data Protection Officer, Mr. Christoph Schmitt, is responsible for implementing and monitoring the system.
