Information on alternative dispute resolution pursuant to the ODR platform and section 36 of the VSBG (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act)

The EU commission provides a platform for extrajudicial dispute resolution under the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ 

Consumers are hereby given the opportunity to resolve disputes regarding online orders without engaging the judicial process.

We are not obligated or available to participate in dispute resolution with a consumer arbitration board.

Pursuant to section 7 para.1 TMG (Telemediengesetz - German Telemedia Act), as a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to  general legislative provisions. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not required to monitor or, depending on circumstances, investigate third-party information transmitted to us or stored by us that points towards unlawful activity.
