Assembly

We install your complete hydraulic and electrotechnical plant and carry out all necessary piping installation and wiring on-site. Even modifications or machine relocation are a part of our range of installation services.

Fault elimination

To reduce down time, speed is needed. Using flow, pressure and peak pressure measurements, we quickly find the cause of the fault and can immediately provide help as a rule.

Repairs

Whether it is defective hydraulic hoses or worn components, we look after the manufacturer-independent repair and reinstatement of your plant – on request also with special tools.

Maintenance

Regular inspections, preventive maintenance and servicing ensure the highest level of process reliability. In-house hydraulic test rigs are available for all testing and calibration tasks.

Accumulator tests with TÜV acceptance

Even here we can unburden you 100 % – from agreeing dates with the authorities, dismantling, pressure tests or the installation of the test sample, to timely reminders of all upcoming compulsory tests.

Rental service

We rent units or installation tools either short term or time limited. For this service you have the choice between pipe bending and WALform machines as well as supply units with or without electrical control systems.
