Temperature controller / temperature monitor

Temperature controllers record an actual value by means of a sensor and control the respective output variable via a defined target value. The most important requirements when selecting a temperature controller are the correct input variable, the number of control loops, their maximum load and the required accuracy. With their independent controllability and user-friendly parameterization properties, our temperature controllers are mainly used for cooling, heating or monitoring fluids.

Speed controller

Speed controllers control linear movements or speeds by registering an actual value, analyzing it and controlling the respective output variable by means of a defined target value. Speed controllers are mainly used in linear technology, when moving a cylinder or in applications with servo technology. Their particular advantages are the good control of the actuator, the precise approach to a point and their independent regulation.

Positionsregler

Position controller

Position controllers record and process the actual value of a mechanical component (e.g. cylinder, motor or valve). Subsequently, they transmit the control signal to the corresponding components by means of a defined output value and ensure that the component is positioned as specified. Because of their high accuracy, positions can be precisely approached and monitored. When making a choice, it is important to consider the maximum load on the output circuit (current/voltage) as well as the required accuracy and correct input variable of the position controller.

Pressure regulator for hydraulics

On the basis of the actual variable detection of a pressure sensor, the pressure controllers or p/Q controllers control a relevant output variable. It is not only due to their small and compact design that pressure regulators are used for pressure control in hydraulic systems, end position or force control, accumulator charging circuits or filter and pipeline monitoring. Our pressure regulators can detect changes in system pressure accurately and constantly regulate and monitor pressures even over long periods of time or under fluctuating conditions. Whether high-pressure regulators for particularly broad pressure ranges or miniature pressure regulators for compact installation spaces, we provide you with exactly the right pressure regulator for your application.

Proportionalverstärker

Proportional amplifier

Proportional amplifiers control proportional solenoid valves or control valves. Here, a preset target value is compared with an actual value signal and controlled. Our amplifier units are suitable for complex hydraulic applications such as pressure and position control because of their high control accuracy and precise current feedback measurement. All control parameters can be changed and adjusted either with a potentiometer or with integrated electronics (OBE) via the controller or software.
