If our Bindlach factory hall transforms into an adventure world for children for a Friday afternoon, that must and also does have a quite special reason. Right on time for the start to the weekend, we celebrated a spontaneous Knoll family festival at the beginning of September with most of our employees and their families.
As special highlight, some employees had prepared and brought from home a few exciting attractions for our next generation hydraulics engineers. The youngsters were of course enthusiastic in a flash and romped about on the painting tables, the trampolines, the table football or the creative water games while our "grown-ups" made themselves comfortable on the beer benches.
As befits good project management, we had also thought of everything as regards culinary matters: a good selection of beverages, coffee and cakes, fried sausages and the ominous suckling pig that Mr. Rieß had lost for an internal company bet. Just the right thing for a perfect start to the weekend.
At the end, there was still a small present for the 15 children to take home. A big thank you from the whole team to our employees Melanie Hackl and Björn Krodel who had organized the whole event from scratch in a very short time! We are already looking forward to a continuation!
