In order to move away from a manual to an automated inspection of the quality of our own products, we have developed a test stand for an automotive supplier, which can quickly and precisely examine the intended test items. Since it is possible to work on two tracks in parallel, reliable and continuous testing is possible. The control and visualization are carried out with the help of Siemens components. To ensure a long service life, we have opted for high-quality stainless steel components, as the test medium is a water mixture.
After a few weeks, the hydraulic system was put into operation on time, as promised by Knoll Hydraulik. The new system brings the customer tangible time and cost savings.
