Award of Bosch Rexroth field service partner.

With the audit successfully passed at our locations of Bindlach and Unterschleißheim, the official award as a Bosch Rexroth field service partner followed in July 2017.

In the course of several days of quality audits, our performance capacity as sales partner was determined in workshops, questionnaires and a concluding audit meeting and evaluated with a point by point plan. The following areas were checked by the Bosch Rexroth committee:

• Organizational structures
• Employee training
• Health and safety at work
• Measurement and testing equipment
• Working time regulations
• IT and documentation
• Technical performance and workshop equipment
• Spare parts availability

The audited sales partner locations of Bindlach (Knoll Hydraulik) and Unterschleißheim (MHS Hydraulik Systeme) successfully passed the audit and are thus officially permitted to use the “Bosch Rexroth Service Partner” label. As a partner of many years, we have already supported Bosch Rexroth as a service provider carrying out oil services, oil analyses, oil changes, filter changes, pipework, assembly, disposal, maintenance and emergency responses.
