Lifting table for automotive industry

Hubtisch Knoll Hydraulik

The mobility industry, and the automotive industry in particular, appears to be on the threshold of a new age. Where the future will take us in concrete terms remains to be seen. As a reliable partner, we support our customers on this path.

In tense times, consistency and reliability are a good partner. Exactly these two characteristics were the requirements for our hydraulic unit to be created in a current project: Knoll Hydraulik Group, in this case Eurofluid, was allowed to design and implement an individual lifting table for an Austrian automotive engineering company.

Our customer's production line operates in 3 shifts around the clock. It is therefore essential that our engineers have designed the unit for continuous operation in order to minimize downtime. By selecting the highest quality components, the service life is significantly increased, which of course saves time and money. In addition, a clever emergency lowering of the lifting table has been integrated in the event of a power supply failure.

Precision

In the automotive industry, there are the highest requirements for accuracy, safety and quality. These characteristics also apply here: For example, the customer demanded maximum precision in synchronization to ensure that products can be lifted smoothly, evenly and safely.

Knoll Hydraulik Group convinced us with an integrated solution concept. Our requirements were implemented within a very short time and always in close coordination with the developers.

- Customer

With this individual lifting table, another hydraulic power unit from the Knoll Hydraulik Group was developed and delivered within just a few months, delivering the highest standards of quality, service life and precision.
