In Germany around 2.5 billion people and 350 million tonnes of goods are transported every year, in Austria around 474 million passengers and 113 million tonnes of goods. And the trend is rising. - The basis for this immense achievement is an excellent infrastructure.
A well-known Austrian plant manufacturer has contacted us to take over the entire hydraulic planning and installation of a production machine for the manufacture of high-quality, long-lasting rail sleepers.
The mobile machine allows to have the right consistency so that it can be poured into the sleeper mould in a targeted manner. Precise hydraulic functions, such as metering flaps, smoothing rollers, vibrators or sealing strips promote a smooth production flow.
This means significant time and cost savings for the customer,. In addition, these new railway sleepers with iron reinforcement can gradually replace old wooden sleepers soaked with toxic substances. This is good for people, technology and nature.
