Knoll Hydraulik is known for hydraulic systems that work with oil. However, the fact that they are also specialists when it comes to a wide variety of fluids and special media was once again demonstrated by this individual customer request.
There are applications that are special and rarely need to be used. We were entrusted by a large machine manufacturer with the task of developing a unit that treats water for an erosion process. In this case, the requirements were that the water had to be deionized, filtered, desalinated and tempered ("demineralized water") in order to achieve a certain conductivity value. The unit is used to treat and convey demineralized water for an erosion process. Here too, both established, durable and the freshest technology was installed.

Building systems that have to cope with high pressure is our expertise. However, this unit far exceeds the standard units that are otherwise common in the industry. Our design achieves higher purity classes, greater pressure and efficient and powerful cooling. The number of units our customer can produce every day has increased enormously thanks to our unit!
