Mobile hose service

Arrival at the customer’s quarry within one hour: Hydraulic service when it matters.

As a reliable hydraulics specialist, our customers expect fast, hands-on support when it comes to repairs. After all, reducing downtimes and the associated costs is of the utmost importance. Thanks to our mobile hose service, we were able to repair a defective excavator directly at a quarry within the shortest possible time.

Immediate hydraulic service for minimal downtime.

As soon as our customer called, we knew it was time to jump into action. Both a LIEBHERR excavator and the necessary drilling equipment had failed right in the middle of the quarry. Despite the difficult-to-access terrain, our hydraulic service arrived on site just one hour after receiving the defect notification.

Thanks to our mobile hydraulic workshop, we are able to carry out the complete disassembly, production and assembly of the hydraulic hose lines on site and can crimp hose lines of up to 2" on board our service vehicle. Furthermore, we can also dismantle cylinders, valves and hydraulic motors quickly and reinstall them after a short repair time at our premises.

In this repair case, special splash and abrasion resistant hoses were used in addition to tear-proof fittings. The required DN 10-32 hydraulic hoses are designed to meet the high pressure requirements of 250 to 400 bar and were installed directly on site by our service team.

After a short time, we left the quarry with a visibly relieved and satisfied customer.
